Standard warranty
All of our timepieces come with a 12-month warranty, covering both parts and labour. Servicing is carried out by certified expert watchmakers. This same 12-month guarantee applies to any repairs or complete overhauls, offering you total peace of mind.
Important exclusions
Please note that the warranty does not cover any damage resulting from improper handling, misuse, or negligence.
Original condition guarantee
Each watch is delivered in original, certified condition—authenticated and guaranteed to remain in perfect working order at the time of delivery.
Certificate of value
Every timepiece includes a certificate of value, validating its luxury status, authenticity, and provenance—ideal for insurance or investment purposes.
Extended & factory warranties
Factory warranties
Depending on the brand, manufacturer warranties may extend from 24 months up to 5 years from the original purchase date. Full details are available upon request.
